#3438, "RE: you take damage changing weapons while fighting..........."

I was fighting Kelrizza and a whack of guards. I was shackled and thirsted. I attempted to remove my axe (battle) but instead it tried to remove my battle cloak. Every time I removed/equipped a weapon I experienced damage, regardless if I could wield it or not.
