I've noticed recently that when mounted, it's much much much more difficult to fallback than it was before. Previously I could fallback when mounted with reasonable success. But testing at 100% fallback, I only succeeded 3 out of 15 attempts on some oneheart scouts while mounted. Was this change introduced by design?
