#14885, "a club of rime and hoarfrost"


          

This club is made of ice but it doesn't seem to effect a cold_vuln. Should it have an attack other then blast such as freezing bite or some other cold attack?

Just an observation on a possible oversight, wasn't quite sure where else to post it.
