In the same vein as Daunting Presence's required kills being lowered, I believe that antipaladin charges required for controls should also be lowered because it's the Same Idea, Really.

We reserve the right to adjust it later based on how it goes, but you get a present.
We've substantially reduced a number of the requirements for the various controls, making them more reasonable to get.
