Subject: A gift from the city of Galadon

Long have our Magistrates spilled blood defending the citizens of Galadon.
As such, much of our own blood has run in the streets of the city in doing so.
With the help of the Mayor, the city has offered us a space to use as an office
within the city proper. The office is open to all who wish to travel there. Let
them see the work of the Blood Tribunal with an open eye. Let them see the
dedication to vigilance our Magistrates display, day in and day out.

While this office shall be a place of business, and our business is blood, we
should respect sacred nature of its walls. Avoid spilling blood within at all
costs.
