Hey, the Halloween forms always tempt me, but the mechanics are incredibly hard to sort out with trial and error due to me never actually getting a Halloween form after countless tries. So I was wondering about what it is that actually makes us eligible for halloween forms.

1) Do we have to actually roll up a character after October 1st to have a shot?

or

2) Can we roll up a character before Oct 1st and wait to use the shapefocus skill until after Oct 1st?

also

3) Do characters have a chance of getting the halloween forms if they roll the bones and/or spin the wheel during October?

1) Maybe?

2) Maybe?

3) Probably.


I'm not a fan of trying to "game" the whole October thing, so I'm not going to dig too much into figuring out its exacts. But just roll up a shifter during the month and you've got nothing to worry about! :D
