Could someone explain me, how a DOG can binds someone's hands with manacles?

A blink dog binds your hands with manacles.

Or a mongoose?

A mongoose binds Graevnik's hands with manacles.

Looks stupid from the RP/IC perspective. I understand orangutan or monkey could do it somehow, but gods? Mongoose? They've got no hands to do it! :)

Or is it maaaaagic? If so, could we have a better echo please? :)
