I have had ranger characters learn brawling really quickly and had warriors who took h2h as a first spec perfect ironhands really quickly, usually before brawling but my current character appears to have brawling go up relatively easily until I took h2h as a second spec. Since then, usuaing hands to tank a lot, I have not seen either brawling or ironhands improve in over 8 hours of play.

Anyone else notice this? I may bug board it if it is not some cruel RNG thing!
