Sometimes this spell has one round lag for the caster, sometimes two. But there is no way to determine what it will be. From fighting other transmuters, I can see that there is sometimes an additional effect on the victim. Since it is the only such spell, can it be made fixed lag, and/or an echo for the effect can be added?
