Any chance of replacing fumble with Arthritis? Basically same spell but, cosmetically different to fit the class.

You feel your hand cramp and you grip on your weapon loosen.

Caster echo

Victim grip weakens and he fumbles and drops weapon.

c 'attention deficit HEYHEYLETSGORIDEBIKES!'

This spell causes the victim to randomly not give a rat's
ass about whatever they are doing, and change activities. For
instance, a combatant affected by this magic will cease
fighting and randomly walk towards bright lights like a
Conjurer's flash spell in an adjacent room. The victim will
also have trouble casting. However, the victim, being unable
to concentrate, also cannot follow song lyrics, and are thus
nearly immune to bardic songs.

c 'irritable bowel syndrome'

This spell gives a Transmuter the ability to irritate the bowel
system of a target. The victim will have to relieve himself
constantly, and will occasionally freeze in utter pain. Dexterity,
and Charisma are lowered heavily by the influence of this magic.

As an up/downside, the continuous farting will grant the victim
the ability to walk through Orc villages unmolested, as they will
be very confused, but will see the victim as another Orc.

change it to something else that's a less current-time medical
term.
