69865, Whispers of the Great Siege Posted by Curious One on Wed 31-Dec-69 07:00 PM Is this based off of current CON or racial max? Seems like if this goes off of current CON, it could potentially get eaten up pretty bad as a longer-lived character which makes it uniquely terrible as far as legacies go in that regard.
