By anyone that would know what was going on, I mean. Rewarded by another Mortal doesn't count.
Sure, you saw them NOT get punished. But that isn't the same thing. Especially when you don't know who Empowered Paladin's Imm is, or if they were online.
Or, you know.. what either of their roles are.
