3309, idea: role-play based item destruction skills

I'm guessing these won't be well received since they're already possible "manually", but here they are anyway. The names suck but I'm all out of creativity.

1. "Aura of Palpable Rage"

A battle rager of sufficient rank can focus the entireity of his rage into disrupting or destroying any nearby magical artifacts that aren't shielded by another power, be it mortal or immortal.

Desc: High-level rager power, 40 or above. Extremely large mana cost and moderate lag (maybe 4 rounds). When called, destroys all magic-flagged items in the room of lower rank than the rager. Exceptions: items worn or carried by any PC or NPC (or PC pet) and items inside the corpse of a PC outside the rager's PK. Possibly have the rager take minimal damage per item commensurate with each item's rank. Would have to guard against abuse if damage is involved.

2. "Blaze of Piercing Light"

Maran power or possibly paladin prayer. Similar rank, cost, lag as above. Same rules apply, except that only items flagged "evil" or that are wearable only by evils are affected.

3. "Blanket of Crushing Darkness"

Scion power, or possibly anti-paladin spell. Similar rank, cost, lag as above. Same rules apply, exept that only items flagged "bless" or that are wearable only by goods are affected.

One reason these might be "balanced" is that they can never destroy items ranked 51 or higher. Similarly, they aren't useful in combat (i.e. to destroy disarmed weapons) due of the mana cost and relatively high lag. Actually they're semi-dangerous considering the lag and the fact that they suck ~half the user's mana, and optionally cause the user to take damage.
