There's an increased chance for manacles and bloody shackles to fail on you, especially (or only) from people in PK.

Tricky Dodger:

This edge is cumulative with and is similar to the Evasive edge, provided you aren't an Outlander and you are a thief, bard, assassin or elf/drow, you get bonuses to evading skills in cities. If you have this edge and become an Outlander, you lose it without reimbursement. This edge both makes sense for rogue types and helps because they are some of the classes that are harmed the most by other people's skills, especially command denial in the mob-assisted ganks but the inability to get a first strike in a variety of situations is also an argument for this.

Banditry:

Shopkeepers have a chance to do business with you based on your charisma and size. Intimidation is a factor here, though the LIST command will still always cause the shopkeeper to blow your cover, so this won't work forever but it's a good way for reknowned criminals to force shoppies to give them return potions and such on occasion. Since most of the shopkeepers track and are hero level, I don't see this being too big an issue because of the costs when it fails.
