Why is it sexist to think a woman is inherently less adept at physical combat than a man?

Would you view it similiarly if you were comparing say, bulls vs cows?

I think there's a point where being 'political correct' also means being 'factually incorrect', and I don't like chilling in fantasy land too much if I'm not CF'ing.
