I was thinking that CF could replace practices with practice points. So if you are an intelligent enough and wise enough elf you'd get 225 pts instead of 3 pracs. Any race who can not get to 23 int would benefit from this but I see the flipside in having int being as important as wis (and handled the same way). I know my clould giant would love to be able to, in effect, spend one practice on pushing up more than one abilty from 69% to 75%. Just an idle musing.
