Everything should be fine. :) Yes I'll be putting up an archery range
and a shooting range. Well unless the money for leasing it for hunting
is sooooo good that having people shoot constantly nearby will kill my
income in which case, just an archery range. :)

and as for the 0% down, no sweat it's only 562/mo then taxes and insurance. :) If it was some crazy high monthly then yeah I'd be
all for dropping that. or eeeeeevil... pay point with the money
you would have used for a down. We intend on keeping this for the
rest of our lives so it's not like it hurts us to pay points.
