It may be early enough to correct a glaring mistake in your post.
You have included an unneeded apostrophe in "furlong's." The plural of "furlong" is "furlongs," never "furlong's." The only reason I bring it up is because it's becoming increasingly common to see this error.
And yes, I know this makes me a nit-picking Grammar Nazi, but when the time comes just put my on trial next to Lynne Truss and I'll face the music.

Sounds like homework, so I'll offer this:
A furlong is 220 yards. A fortnight is 14 days.
There are 8 furlongs in a mile. There are 336 hours in a fortnight.
You should be able to take it from there.
