You did not understand what I wrote. I said, if it is not someone who has made him/herself an obvious enemy of yours by constantly attacking you, then you shouldn't kill or attack them.

Obviously, the converse is true, so if it is someone who has constantly attacked you many times, then the village allows you to kill them when you come across them - which is not to say you can hunt them, but that you don't have to just sit back and let them get the first strike in a fight. Villagers are courageous, not stupid. If you make it clear you are going to be an implacable foe, then so be it, you've chosen combat. But if you are someone who I, the villager, happen not to like, and who has occasionally attacked me or helped my enemies, well, then I have to suck it up and not attack or hunt you. Them's the rules. And from his own words, Flaayin broke them.
