Although I can't claim to have done it from level 1. I was playing a dwarf tribunal healer of Raisa and around 25-30th level decided that death is bad, nobody should die. I left Tribunal because I could no longer apprehend criminals. I also vowed to heal anyone that was dying no matter what align they were. Zharradam and Arolin were killing some Fire warrior Villager and I sanced and healed him. Afterwards I had to go to Raisa's shrine and explain why I saved an evil from dying. After much yelling at me, she allowed me to keep my empowerment, but on the condition that I could never kill any sentient life again, only undead and elementals. I made it to level 49 that way.
