Considering the log. I basically had two options:

1) Assume what I assumed.

2) Assume that he's actually trying to escape while not doing anything remotely constructive for that. Or saying more straightly, he acted completely dumb for someone who is trying to escape.

From our previous enchounters I got an impression that he's somewhat skilled fighter. I was asked why I did act the way I did and I explained.

Keep in mind, that RP wise it makes perfect sense to destroy everything and break his spirit (I'm an ap and he is a rager).
However, as a player, I can *break* my RP and leave everything and so I did in many cases (it's OOC decision). But that's a gift, if I feel that someone acted cheap (maybe wrongly) I may not feel like grating this gift.

Plus he hoarded two pairs of grosshammer wings and that fact alone is often enough to full loot anyone.
