1 in the Palace to 3 or 4 of you raiding (stupid - didn't have a return potion in my inventory (forgot to grab out of my container) and got maledicted dex-wise too much to grab it out. That plus entwine killed me.
1 to Trurkrag at Centurions - he hit me with two DB's in rapid succession.
1 to a fiend from Taelina or Yean.
1 to Brinkmun/Armonk.
