My vindicator had gotten booted for less of a grievance. Things might be less strict now, but the real issue is competancy. When two 'elite' tribunals don't know what the hell they're doing then that says something to me.

Bear in mind he's not evil, whats the roleplay incentive for going around randomly killing people? After you become a vindicator your perks are always on queue unless you voluntarily don't use them with exception to guards. Did he remove the badge when striking non criminal people? Did he have reasons to kill them or was it 'for fun'? Did he use vigilance while killing people? Etc. This is why its a messy topic, but the point remains that if you don't know *WHY* you're attacking people, and you're a Vindicator, you're fundamental competancy is in question.
