Redik was towards end of second age battle leader (Might have been last leader of battle during the second age).

Elkhalabib was the first leader of Battle after Nimbus purged the Battle cabal in the third age. (Shortly after weapon specs were implemented, I'm pretty certain weapon specs were put in during the third age). Also, Elkhalabib was definitely not an elfie. I believe he was a human or maybe an arial but definitely not an elf.
