Urden the Reborn Seer of the Inevitable, High Chancellor

It was also during Dullameh and Urden's time that the Chancellorship
was reduced to one, rather than one for each school of magic.

And I don't mean to be nitpicky, but that title was way cooler than
'Free of the Gift" ;)
