He did actually talk to folks in relation to some of the anathema situations. There were a few where it was very rapid-fire, but I think those were the exceptions.

Now, not so to Glik's credit, I haven't taken a glimpse in 2018, but in 2017 Glik anath'ed 12 and demoted 12. So at that point he wasn't demoting more than he was anath'ing. They were equal.

It's totally possible that changed in Jan/Feb of this year, but we won't know without seeing the pbf.

As an aside, I do think he kept his army, and half the time I don't think he even needed one.
