Take (and potentially destroy) the uber items if you want. That's not the same as a full loot/sac. Full loot/sac doesn't serve to significantly decrease is strength over the long term, it just obligates him to spend extra time regearing. It's purely punitive.

Never said it was. I said it's a jerk move to drop a full loot/sac on someone who doesn't deserve it. Simply taking advantage of your character's weaknesses shouldn't move someone onto the list of folks who deserve it.
