. The fire giant Vincero is a great beast of a fire giant. I have never battled one so strong in my nearly one hundred and ninety years of life. A pity he chooses to fight for the black magic, as he would be a most useful ally. I truly wish for the whole destruction of the Fortress of Light. They plague my every move and hamper my war against magic. They will pay for their transgressions however. Perhaps I will seek favor from the god of vengeance, and show the Maran true evil. Perhaps….perhaps if I burned the city of Darsylon to the ground and left it a smoldering ruin….perhaps that would sufficiently sate my anger towards them. That would leave a deep wound in them I think. My anger finds the greatest fuel in Nashan, a dimwitted human who shares my profession. He doggedly pursues me in his misguided crusade. I also find a deep hatred for Fingon, the elvish paladin, I should think the destruction of his homeland would way most heavily upon him.”
