An excerpt from the "Journal" of Kariagar"

Magic is the taint we all fear will take over Thera. We must find courage,
and I will help them to do that. There are many young ones now in the village
who worry on overwhelming odds. Was is always going to ebb and flow when it
comes to numbers and forces. We must be ready for war on all fronts, magic
taints the souls of the world and it must be eradicated.

The weak must be made strong in our village, or culled. Magic cannot be
allowed to thrive any longer.
