Rumours heard at taverns, inns, bars and brothels all over Thera:

Magbedala, whore of Seantryn speaking to a svirfnebli Councilman whom is a
mutual business acquaintance...though, obviously not the same business...

"Why, his c*** is as big as your arm! Not that that is sayin much, haha!
Hells, I might just break you LITERALLY this night, councilman!"

Brumdlir, mercenary captain of Dagdan and a few of the upper echelon of the
assassin elite, including Kavan of Voralian, at the inn of the Eternal
Star...

"You can cross him if you want, Kavan. You know that prisoner who sits
armless, tongueless, toothless and legless, subsisting on bread and water yet
still? Crossed Caecilius. You know where his teeth went? He wears one as an
earring and gave the rest to a beggar who lives in a cave by Ayr Trinil! So
go ahead, with your dumb ass." The group chuckles and clink their tankards,
and Kavan walks out, blushing and crestfallen.

According to the registries in all of the protectorates, in the notes
sections of their internal documents...

"It seems that the so-called Prince of Princes has been busy as a vagabond,
owning property and stock in every city. As well as having at least two
wives, young maidens now turned women, and among them Reginald, mayor of
Galadon's daughter AND niece, he is apparently making a few young princes for
the next generation to suffer under in the same stroke."

Various children in the streets of Galadon...

"I heard he be eight feet tall! Burns men alive with his evil eye!"

"Well, I heard he once beat ten giants to death in front of a magistrate
right in the Market Square once, and the eleventh giant, who's boy is Adebub
who told me the story, HE got the warrant!"

"Aww, that's nothing," chimed in an arial boy, "I heard he can fly! No
wings!" The boy folded his arms and nodded vigorously, as if he had seen it
himself.

And if you ask Caecilius? If you dare to meet his noble eyes, as he smiles
upon you with his perfect teeth he will tell you with a low chuckle....

"It's all true."
