Basic Background

Long overdue, but it's a simple role and I've expressed it fairly well through
interactions:

Basically, Tjok is from the Northwestern frozen plains. His people lived free,
as hunters and gatherers, until they were pressed by Loke's forces. Fighting
for their lives, they banded together into a tight community and raised a
King among themselves. Moreover, they called to holy paladins from the
South for aid against Loke. This did not slow Loke's progress much, as the
armies tore down and sacked Bryn Shandar. Tjok was angry with his people and
left the lands he could no longer call home, seeking a return to the old
ways and blaming the losses to Loke on a spiritual weakening among
his clans.
