The Spider, the Prophecy, the Poison

So much has happened, so many interesting things, and I found myself
doing what I do best. Deception comes in many layers, and it seems
I am on the highest layer pulling the strings of the lower ones.
And that is what it seems. The Prophecy called for someone to "betray"
Ghrimriddor and have him fall from the village, and it was my work
and manipulation of the brute Karkarrak that caused it in the end.
And then I just manipulated Karkarrak out of his possible Commander position
but forcing the Rites of Leadership instead of him being named Commander.
That spider seems to be me, with my poisons and traps, and vile ways and
frankly I am fine with it. I am doing what is best for the village and
only the village, and the feelings or positions of others do not matter
to me.
In addition, I have finished the task set out by that Dark Elf Weaponmaster
to get Ghrimriddor removed and the Empire in a position of great weakness
and uncertainty. And I work even now with the newly appointed Emperor to
have peace between us but guarantee no Black is ever appointed to the
council. They will accept, as we are crushing them, and in return we will
offer a short peace.
I am but the hated jester, the sneaky spider, the dasterly bird, and the
vicious Drillmaster. So few know how talented I am. I only wish that
Lyristeon could see these actions and how delightful they are. But then
again do I do it for recognition? No, I do it for myself.

Long live the Drillmaster! Rather that then Commander since I can work
in the background and still be as powerful if not more.
