Perfection and Provost

Finally, at long last, I have mastered my seventh path. I admit, it was laziness and distraction
that led me to take so long to do so, counter to my earlier dedicated pursuit.

I am the Vindicator now, and this position suits me well until this Provost dies
or retires. Forgive me for saying this, even to myself...actually, it is the
truth, so what does it matter? The current provost is....uninspired, and uninspiring.
Pleasant enough, I suppose, but not half the Provost the last one was, and not one
tenth I will be.

I must just bide my time, again, this enforced patience irks me greatly. Nothing
for it though, Marcatis has chosen and I have nothing to do but wait and sharpen
myself.

What can I do to bring down this one, Gianath?
