Four paths I have mastered, four paths I learned better than any other living mage.
As I continue down this path, despite any setbacks or issues, I further realize the
truth that my father beat into my young skull - that organization is the key to power,
and that an ordered mind and a structured life will lead to the supremacy I desire.

The Provost yet lives, I have seen her less and less though, the weight of her duties
must weigh strong. Despite one minute error, I still hold hope for promotion within the
Spire, and with it the respect I deserve.

Still, these ones are useful, and the alliance is of use. I have found a single source
of barrier, the black rod that is tied to my spirit, and the difficulty of it renders it impossible
to find alone. I must bide my time further, irritating patience that is necessary now to gain
more for the future.

I am glad that I had the harsh wisdom of my father to guide me in life. I shall attain
what he was too weak to do.
