Arkellin is a rather arrogant fellow, full of himself. He has the
confident air of one who does not believe he can be wrong.

This confidence in himself will often lead him to trouble,
It is not stupidity, for he does know many things, and will
learn more, but it is overjudging the measure of himself.

For Arkellin, order represents the structure of society, the rules which
bind us together, and which allow us to plan and learn. These rules
are of course there to bind those who are foolish enough to think that
that is all there is, and who do not have the wit to make use
of them for their own gain.
