Description

Anger, hunger, rage and a stubborn lack of understanding of any words longer
than
five letters marks this 13 feet tall giant of the flames. His steel grey eyes
reflect in them none of the cunning and awareness of a hunter tracking its
prey but, guided as he is by some obstinate pursuit, manage to appear
sufficiently fearful. He is clad in an assortment of mismatched dragon bone
armor and darkened metals barely covered by billowing capes, while he
periodically and impatiently shifts various unwieldy bags of provisions out
of the way of his heavy weapons, thus, making a comical sight for the fashion
conscious adventurer. Dark bursts of flaming orange hair mesh with his
equally flaming red beard obliterating most of the expressions of his visage,
not that there are many expressions on display... His scarred and pitted
skin is tautly stretched over his heavily muscled body, resembling at their
very best, the underside of the ovens' favourite pan. Possessed of none too
impressive balance he bounces his way off sundry objects in making his way
forward, leaving behind him a trail of mindless destruction, and, the
ocassional bruised gnome...

Chapter 1

Death of the todger. Birth of the mage hater.

** Scene 1 **

A gaudy bedchamber of a high class prostitute. Vulgarity of decoration at its
best is on display ranging from the red and blue assortment of mirrors
festooned on the wall, to the enormous chandelier throwning down multi
coloured light on a red and yellow richly embroidered silk spread upon the
massive woodworked bed.


A petite and stunningly ugly dark-elven woman patiently watches as her
customer
fumbles his way out of his clothes. He forgets to remove his dragon bone rear
claws however, as he hastily tries to approach the woman, and tripping on his
own feet goes down crashing upon a richly ornamented dresser. The womans'
eyes blaze in anger as she reprimands him in bitingly acidic tongues. The
fire giant hastily mends his prostate form and with a stupid grin on his face
approaches the woman. The woman sighs, holds her breath (more to avoid the
smell rather than out of anticipation) and lies down on the bed with the huge
form of the fire giant looming over her.

** Two and a half minutes later **

The fire giant tries to make his way into his ill fitting pants, jumping up
and down occassionaly to facilitate the process, while the mistress mends her
surroundings. When he is done, he takes out a leather purse containing a
single gold coin, no doubt pinched from some hapless old shopkeeper in
exchange for some mundane work, and gives it to the mistress. Her single
raised eyebrow tells the story as she mutely demands the rest of her payment,
namely 99 gold coins more. The fire giant shrugs his massive shoulders in
response and gives her some spare change obtained from the corpse of a gnome
mage he accidently squished against a tree. The woman's eyes blaze in anger
and condemnation, for hell has no fury like a prostitute conned.

"I am sure you would like to refresh yourself a bit before you depart this
house of pleasure, yes?"

The fire giant scrunches his eyes up stupidly, kindness being unkown to him
and grunts some vague reply.

"Come this way then."

The mistress leads him into a bathchamber.

** Scene 2 **

The bathchamber consists of a large marble bath in the middle of an enormous
room. Various herbs, scented liquids and potions vie for space on different
discreet shelves. A fountain at the head of the bath sends up sporuts of
scented water at periodic intervals. The walls depict murals of various
sensual pleasures being undertaken by the lucky patrons.

The fire giant eyeing the bath suspiciously wiggles out of his armor, and his
rear claws. He steps into the bath gingerly frowning at the coldness of the
water and mumbling soft oaths at the fountain for spraying his eyes with its
vile concotion. The mistress approaches the bath seductively and pours a
flaming red liquid into the bath. The water turns red, and then turquoise and
at the effect, the giant flushes visibly. The mistress next selects a silver
flask from a locked desk and offers it to the giant.

"Wha fer?", the giant asks through glazed eyes.

"It will make you stronger, and sturdier."

"Is strong.", the giant answers stupidly.

"You do not understand me. It prolongs your pleasure and heightens your
awareness.", the mistress answers coyly.

"Nuh speak big word. More dan las time?"

"Yes, of course. Much much more."
