Her journey led her through dense, uncharted forests, across treacherous rivers,
and into the heart of an ancient and mysterious swamp. Here, amidst the eerie
murmurs of the marshland, she stumbled upon a secluded village inhabited by a
people calling themselves the Bonekin. These swamp-dwellers were reclusive and
shrouded in mystery, practitioners of an ancient and forbidden form of necromancy.
In their midst stood a haunting and awe-inspiring structure a cairn-like
monolith composed entirely of bones.

The Bonekin observed Setsuhko's arrival with a mix of curiosity and anticipation.
They recognized her burning desire for power and longevity, sensing that she
carried with her the potential to unlock their enigmatic secrets. The village's
ancient leader extended an offer she could learn the arcane arts of necromancy,
but there was a price. To become the guardian of the bone cairn and access the
elusive secrets of life and death, Setsuhko would need to perform a macabre duty.
She must feed the cairn with bones, human and otherwise, awakening its latent
power and infusing herself with its eerie, ungodly energies.
