Journal-The curious orb

The small orb I took from the rangers corpse is curious indeed. It seems
charged with mass amounts of negative energy, and pulses whenever I puck it
up. It is small and black, making a perfect sphere, and seems to glow with
darkness, if thats at all possible. Covering the orb in writing of what seems
like pure energy are ancient runes. I cannot read them, but I feel strangely
connected to them, drawn to them. I believe the orb is some kind of key to an
ancient dark power. I must know more, I must know everything...
