They write: "It looks like our upstream provider has encountered an issue this afternoon. They are restoring service and you should see your sites back online very shortly."
Let's see if that is true.

Though it took much longer than "very shortly". It'll be a real headache, but perhaps we'll start looking around for a new provider.
