293, couple tweaks of late

Most of these have been in a few days now.
- made leader aging a little less good, no more 2000 hour elf/darkelf leaders. It's still decent, but not as ridiculous as it was.
- fixed a handful of bugs with healing curse - shifter form regeneration and a couple of skills/spells
- demoralize was improved
- Some affect wearoff messages were spruced up

296, tweak to hero deletes

- hero deletes will now auto in 3 days instead of 7 days like a rage delete
