Yeah, you have a usage agreement. I was under the impression being able to use something and having permission to apply for a derivative copyright were two separate things. E.g, I modify Apache's base code. I cannot claim copyright on that code, it would be violate to the nature of the terms of use. So, basically what you're stating is because DIKU's license doesn't specifically have terms regarding distribution of derivative code that by default you can copyright?

Who does the onus lie on, you to prove you have permission to copyright edits, or DIKU to state you can't?
