Anyway, I think sending the guy e-mail and explaining why he has been banned would help them to understand what got them banned(if you already aren't. Vlad in particular claims that you banned him for doing nothing or that he doesn't know why he was banned).

We have a strict "25,000 flames or less" rule. Either that or because our forum software doesn't have a button that pushes him under a bus. I forget which, but I'm sure he can invent a story that explains it all.

Given the total number of people that have used (and misused) our forums, a ban list of 4 doesn't seem unreasonable to me.
