I guess my question was vague, what I meant was more along line of what exactly in the original poster talking about. As in what does he mean are they assigned to characters. Does that mean when I go to a wand location that there is a chance to find sleek wand instead of the regular wand if the regular wand is not there? And by random is that a random distribution on reboot? Or am I just confusing myself even more? Thanks in advance for any clarifying! :)
