We all know it exists.

We know certain characters that login if there are other 'support' characters logged allready (in 99% of cases, where 1% must be a 'mistake login). We won't call names, though, let those characters remain anonymous.

This is not a permagroup, because character A plays a bit more than character B. But character B do not play without character a.

More complicated situation - A, B and C. Character B logs in only if character A or B allready playing (no, I'm not paranoidal, but I know this sweeden family in CF). Obviously, characters A and C have tittles, lastnames, questy stuff (skills, spells), etc etc etc, while character B have nothing of it.

So, the question: will you ever begin to punish such characters?
If yes, how will you punish them?
