I've never had a hero (I'm at college though, I got time to change that!) so I haven't had a chance to spend any time in an area explore except Organia, and I've never died there, so I was wondering.

I know when you die in area explore, your stuff returns to you. Does the same hold true for dying in hell? If you get a whole bunch of shinies while you're in hell, and die, will you get to keep all those shinies? Is this abusable--say you solo all the way to the uber-item you want, but it's friggin hard to get out, can you just run into a mob, eat a death, and get out easy plus all that shiny stuff?
