Yeah...that was a strong reaction to what I later found out was bad management :P As I said above: Eventually I was let go due to not being seen as productive enough (which was common at the time, as there wasn't a very definite path of progression up the imm ranks that I was aware of).

At the time, yeah, I'm sure I was pissed off because I really wanted to be an imm and contribute, but didn't feel like I was being given an opportunity.
