Eh, I'd say there's a dozen or so people who can each put out pretty amazing characters. Some of them are imms (coincidentally, these are also people who have been playing for ten years or so), and some aren't.

It all depends on how you define best. Some of the most amazing characters (to me) to come out of Jinroh, for example, aren't his tough PK characters, although he certainly has produced no small amount of those.

Yes, but unfortunately there's also an immspiracy to find your preps. It turns out it's about a wash. :P
