Culhwch was an air/utility gnome sylvan transmuter, pre guild split between shapeshifters and transmuters. Had eagle/hawk/racoon for forms. I didn't do a search, but I think I had him sometime close to 99/00. Played from work a decent amount with high speed access at a time when lots of folks were still using dialup, and it was only like 6 or 7 hops to the box. Couple that with insect swarm and flyto and your gramdma could be pretty deadly.

Two kills I remember were:

Getting the then Proud Blade's bard on the aryth, and him being irked that I killed him without ever saying a word to him. I still think it was kosher, any sylvan worth his salt is going to kill a lich worshipper on sight.

Caught some imperial sleeping at the entrance to the Scarab cabal, halted him up and off'd him.

Anyway, no I don't think I got any special treatment. Just a fast connection with an powercombo and easy wands. Oh for the days when there was only one location for amber/sienna/black. Course that led to rager assassins stalking the locations, but I'm rambling now. If theres anyone to be jealous of from that era, its Malaglen.
