I think I ran through this one on the forums somewhere, but to save you the trouble of searching... yes, but overall, less than charisma does for non-bard/conjurer characters I'd say.

It has a reasonably large effect on many forms of gambling.

It has a small effect on many saving throws (in all cases, its effect is no greater than of intelligence, and no greater than that of wisdom. If you haven't noticed that your fire a-p suxxors at making saves compared to a suave d-elf a-p, I wouldn't sweat too much.)

It has a small effect on lucky blows, seizing lucky opportunities, and that whole jazz.

I think that's it. It was an idea Jullias had originally that he thought was cool, but that we never really did very much with.
