Subject: Panmorne's Turkey Hunt (November 20th 6PM)

To prepare for celebratory feasts, one often pays a butcher or hunter to
collect the necessary ingredients for you. But on this day you will give
thanks to the hunter and butcher's tradition alike, hunting your own feast!

I'll be holding a competitive hunt for turkeys, to see who can manage to fell
the most of the plump fiends. Participants will only be allowed to use the
weapons and equipment I provide, so don't get it in your head that hunters had
glowing fiery armor and all that nonsense! We'll be wearing traditional
hunting garb and seeing which of you is clever enough to hunt the most.

This 'Turkey Hunt' will be held on Tuesday, November 20th as the heavens
show, at 6PM. I'll give more directions at the start of the hunt.

With enough hunters, this should get interesting, so gather your mind and
show me what damnable skills you've got.

At the behest of Panmorne, the participants donned their ceremonial hunting regalia and were only allowed to wield specific hunting weaponry. It was a wild hunt, man against beast, fellow against fowl, brothers against birds... But the results came out clear.

The winners of the primary hunt, collecting the respective number of feathers, were:

Aiya - 11
Lethik - 10
Arsaiya - 8
Tebor - 5
Yikaro - 4
Mamrek - 3
Weckledink - 2
Xaneh - 2
Gilversplitz - 1
Rusk - 1

But as the hunters finished off their small prey, a large and imposing dark creature blocked out the sky. A massive turkey, having heard all the ruckus, entered the fray!

With all of the hunters wielding their sacred weapons skillfully, the final strike was made by none other than the ranger Cafefe!

But next year I'd like to see PVP focused turkey hunt, wherein one side
are the hunters and the other side are all given a buffed turkey form.
Do cockatrices count as turkeys? Turkeys could be running the quest to
summon a giant cockatrice to seek vengeance on Thera and the hunters
could be trying to hunt them down to prevent it.
